So funny that Trump knows who was on the island and is calling them out. Of course guilty parties should be prosecuted regardless of political affiliation but there is this phenomenon that occurs where those who are guilty turn into witnesses against other guilty parties.

I guess. It gets the job done even if it’s hours of, “That didn’t work. Line bla bla bla has error message bla bla bla.” The cool thing is I’m doing something that I’d normally have to pay someone else to do. But since I don’t have the money for that it wouldn’t get done at all without chatGPT.

I mostly use it for coding programs since I don’t know how to code and also for language translation. It does a much better job than google translate. You can even give it screenshots of lyrics on a video and it’ll translate it. Then you can ask for line by line translation - makes learning easier.

Back in the day SoftBank, invested in Yahoo! They insisted that Yahoo! accept far more money than Yahoo! was requesting and if Yahoo! refused, Softbank would back a competitor and crush Yahoo! Softbank does what it wants to do and they don’t always make the right decision.

Maybe if things get really bad there might be more desire to make major changes. As longs as things barely work, most people prefer to do what is easiest, which is to do nothing.

I get why Republicans want to cut government healthcare spending. It’s because the government is bankrupt. That’s what happens when you have the world’s largest military. I remember being taught the USSR fell apart because their military spending made them go broke.

The company that winds up dominating AI may not even exist yet. The result being that most of the money spent up to this point being wasted because what comes next makes current AI irrelevant. It’s like putting all your money into 486 processors and 56k modems.

Perhaps this is by design. So many baby boomers are retiring. Where would the money come from? It would require cutting military funding. They don’t want to do that. It’s how the US maintains oil supremacy - and God forbid the world switches to solar because then the military becomes less important.
