In other words, only 18% support the current occupation. Even those supporting annexation, seemingly are willing to accept co-existence. If Israel annexes the West Bank, all Palestinians become full citizens. In other words Israel will be 45% Palestinian. Quite a power at the ballot box.

a) If there would be "hundreds of arrests" it would have been all over the news. b) 186,000 fraud cases generate only "hundreds of arrests"? That's 0.5%

Members of Congress are supposed to legislate. That's their job description. Being on the government payroll as a representative brings some responsibility to do community work. But that's a side job. Congress members that avoid voting on bills but do community work abdicate their duties.
