Pangolin puppet done! We really enjoyed making Sanyu for Chester Zoo, debuting on Easter holidays. Nice to make something a bit smaller and figure out different mechanisms and build techniques. Those scales—over 400 of them—took a long time to make!

Today I was a Bear in Colne Winterbloom produced by Handmade Productions.

Really enjoyed trip out to #Bingley to see Grue by Arcade and Wintercroft, a part of @bradford2025.co.uk Lovely #cardboard installation with some magical spaces, gorgeous sculptures, delightful community-made pieces and a heart-warming story about the legacy of the old mills of #Bradford.

Spent a lovely couple of days with our dear friends Ray and Bev Langton building a stand and changing parts of the #giantpuppet we made with them for @shrewsmorris.bsky.social 5 years ago so that it can fit in their car. Lovely food, great chats, music and wine. And some puppet fun as well!
