Last night, I had one of the worst panic attacks and PTSD episodes I've had in a few years. It all goes back to when I had a heart attack nearly 10 years ago. I'm so tired, and my brain still feels cooked 12 hours later. I really wish this wouldn't happen anymore.

I found out today that my appeal was denied. Again. I'm shocked that I wasn't informed by my lawyer first. Now I have to go through the hearing process with a judge. Again. Most likely I'll be waiting a year for the hearing to happen. By that time, I will have lost everything. I feel hopeless.
It's official. As of 3:00PM this afternoon, I have a lawyer for my SSDI appeal!
Spoke to a lawyer today who I think will be my choice for the disability appeal process. Her assistant is going to call me tomorrow for an intake session. Let's hope she decides to take me as a client. She sounded very confident, and she has a good 30-year record of exclusively handling SSDI cases.

Awake before 8am because I was having weird dreams. In the last one, I attended a party that had a lot of pizza, where a former bestie acted like I didn't exist, but I hooked up with a guy and his partner separately, so it ended positively. I guess that shows what's been on my mind.
