I tried to look at the past 13,000 years of beer brewing from a bird's eye perspective. That leads to some reflections I certainly didn't expect.
A simple way to put it: there are three kinds of beer, but not the ones you expect.

I never have a witty retort but tonight I did. Old lady on our dog walk laughed out loud cos Seamus had his night collar with light on and said it was cute. I says: “he gotta see what he’s sniffing” and for the next few minutes all I hear is her laughing
