Anyone who says that peaceful protest is "naive," remember that M.L.K. Jr's peaceful protests contributed to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 & the Voting Rights Act of 1965. His legacy continues to influence movements for social justice today, showing power of peaceful protest in fighting for change 💪
