Russia has nukes, France, UK, and the U.S. have nukes. It won't happen again because of mutually assured destruction (MAD).

However, if India-Pakistan and India-China give a clue, the possibility of MAD won't prevent recurrent small wars and military crises either. 2/3

It would be prudent to add that the total supply of electricity has declined, prices have skyrocketed and this is degrading Germany’s industry as we speak. But yay renewables!
