Also need to make an appt with ENT to rule out if there’s anything in that department causing me issues. I already saw my dentist and got fitted with a night guard for migraines but I can’t close my mouth when I wear it, which I hate bc the feeling of sleeping with my mouth open is HORRIBLE

I have a neurology appt at the end of March so don’t have to wait for too much longer hopefully! The first clinic I tried to make an appt with told me the earliest availability they have is in JUNE

Here’s what I’m doing that’s helping:
- prescription for Ubrelvy
- physical therapy including dry needling on muscles in my right shoulder and right side of my neck
- topical application of CBD oil to my neck and shoulder
- new pillow from Dosaze
- aromatherapy
