The Fair Trade movement stands for fairness, solidarity, and the empowerment of people to decide on their own futures.

The signatories include Zaytoun. Zaytoun's customers sponsored the planting of 2,000 olive saplings to replace thousands of olive trees destroyed by occupation forces in Deir Ballout (West Bank) but orders have been given for all these new trees to be uprooted.
