It’s because as children we were told to “stop being lazy and get up”, meanwhile you’re just decompressing an entire week of school with 20.000 daily interactions that your brain is trying to filter and work through.

Then again, we have too many black folks for folks to continue being antiblack and racist, so.. idk. 😭

It’s so insane! One of my co-workers told me that they haven’t slept longer than 7 hours in three years and that they noticed it in how much they can tolerate, they needed to isolate way more than before and stuff.

So it’s important and we need to take the right supplements to get rest.

It’s a goof boss, but he’s HARD af to fight.

That’s because you sleep in extreme necessity vs long sleep/deep sleep to rest.
