This is how I’ve long felt about the effects of recorded music. The use of multiple takes and tracks and effects and tricks all cobble together to make perfectly sequenced music which causes listeners to get an unrealistic expectation that any live music performance will be devoid of mistakes.

A!! How special it is to hear from you after so long. I wish the circumstances leading to it were better but I’m thankful you’re all safe. Life here is always busy but has given me many things to be thankful for. I hope someday we get a chance to catch up but for now my heart goes out to you all.
