Just found out about the book & I'm looking forward to getting the hardback! Karen had a big impact on my life, first as my teacher & then as my friend after graduation. I didn't realize how much of a rockstar she was until we caught up at a teachers conf in Seattle. Her presence was 💯 legendary. ❤️

What kind of practice ones did you get her? Most of them have the top connected on a springy kind of hinge, but others have that and the loops you put your fingers through, which some can find off-putting. But I think you can also remove the loops depending on the design.

If I cook anything, it's always by default Korean because it's made with Korean hands regardless of ingredients.
If I make French toast, it's now Korean French Toast. If I make German Black Forest Cake, it's now Korean German Black Forest Cake. 😂
