Smog is an acidic slime and infamous criminal that mugs both citizens and Legion soldiers alike. He uses toxic gasses stored in cannisters and several spikes of scrap metal that protrude from him as weapons. He likes to digest the flesh of his victims then spit out their gear to be sold.

The leading race of The Legion are the Ashenkin, they are imperfect genetic clones of Atlas and though most of them are not very intelligent, they stay loyal to Atlas both because they are implanted with the will to do so, and because he lets them drink root beer.

The Librarian is a 200 year old cyborg that was hired by Atlas to be the keeper of all of The Legion's knowledge. He is unfathomably wise and intelligent and is morally gray as he only really cares about his job.
He is a control freak and likes watching cat videos in his free time.

The Warden is an abomination of curse magic created by Atlas. Once a great warrior and lieutenant, he trusted Atlas in making him even stronger. It worked, as The Warden became functionally immortal at the cost of his sanity, as none of his wounds will ever fully heal.
