Sesame, ginger & pineapple marinated chicken, eggroll in a bowl-style stir fried veggies, and my first crack at a super simple japchae (sweet potato noodles in a sweet, savory, garlicky sauce). The noodles were the easiest but, by far, the best part of the meal. I could eat them every day. #foodsky
