I feel you. The industry got its labels, but real ones know the difference. Rap is storytelling, raw emotion and lyricism. The melodic, pop-leaning stuff? It’s part of the culture’s evolution, but it don’t hit the same roots. Both can coexist, but let’s not confuse vibes with substance.
