At this point, he should have at least aimed higher than the job he already has. Colorado State isn't even an upgrade on UConn. He'll probably make less money next year than he would have if he'd stayed.

Felonies and misdemeanors are crimes, ergo they would all be included. However, traffic violations are not crimes (or misdemeanors), they are civil infractions (unless you're talking about really bad ones like DUIs or reckless endangerment), so they would not be part of a criminal record.
