I definitely prefer Z-A over Arceus, although I have to admit that making battles real-time is a little too janky at times
I'm not super keen on most of the new Megas, but some are still pretty cool
This might have some of the best NPCs in any Pokémon game

I think I kinda hate the remaster. Whilst they kept the spirit of the original in some ways, I just can't get past the 7th gen brown filter over literally EVERYTHING
But yeah no the original's great, it's like 75% off on Steam atm, go play that instead

A Pokémon movie with direct continuity to the prior one is... weird to process
And the villain is an insane crypto-billionaire with a sky fortress!
These movies sure have a lot of those
As for Shaymin? Into the wood chipper, you little rat fuck!

I'm amazed at how many background gags I never noticed the first time I watched this
I've got nothing else to say really. Spaceballs is just a good comedy

Besides the pure hilarity of all the "distant future of 2015" segments a decade later, I think Part II is probably my favourite of the trilogy
The early implementation of CGI kinda still holds up better than most films in the last 10 years

I don't know what it says about Zemeckis making some of the greatest films of the 80s and 90s, then fast forward to the 2020s and he's making the fucking live-action Pinocchio movie
But yeah Back to the Future is still pretty awesome

David Bowie and his balls are basically the highlight here.
But in all seriousness, there's a real charm to this movie. Maybe it's Bowie's energy, maybe it's the fact that it's basically the story of a teenager tripping on DMT in her own room.
Maybe it's just Hoggle's aura

What I've learned between this movie and Hellsing Ultimate is that Irish Catholic Priests tend to spec a little too heavily into dual-wielding

They really put all the vfx money into Scooby and you can REALLY tell
Plot itself is alright but having that little rat freak be the climactic threat just blows
But this movie really has the perfect cast, and that's the best compliment I can give it.

Fire Emblem-esque combat, a beautiful artstyle, an dark elf woman in a leotard that you can marry, an owl-woman with tits that you can marry, a giant woman that you can marry, unicorn eldritch abominations
This game has everything.

I know some people had a few issues with the ending but personally I'm cool with it, even though I get why.
All in all though, its as good as the original, if not a little better.

The Mandela Effect hit me so hard watching this because I swear that I remember one of the criminal duo getting hit by a train the first time I saw it.
Might've been one of the other films idk
But yeah the film's okay, far from Carrey's best AND worst, but just okay

It's a bad movie but it's just so funny to see how they completely missed the mark on what Dragon Ball is
And yet its still better than a lot of Z's movies
Also Justin Chatwin makes a lot of really funny faces, which buffs it for entertainment's sake

Maybe it's overdone, maybe the plot truly is just "Dances with Wolves in Space", sure.
But damned if I don't still enjoy Avatar. Might not be perfect, sure. But the world had a helluva lot of charm in 2009 and it still kinda does 16 years later

Would these all technically count as isekai if the insane cult leader thinks he's ALSO Buddha? I mean his OC keeps popping up all the time
3/10 for the actual anime(s) made by this whacko cult
The review's pretty good though 8/10

If there was ever a true embodiment of the phrase "80s campy", then it's Flash Gordon
It was never gonna compete with Star Wars but it's a guilty pleasure
Just a shame that Flash's acting is as wooden as the scenery that Brian Blessed is CONSUMING whenever he's on screen

Chapter 3 might be a little weaker on its own but damned if both together weren't utterly astounding

I could pretend that I'm scoring this higher than New Groove based on the animation & art style both being more charming in my eyes and not mostly because of Chel.
I'd be lying, but I could.

It might not be the best Disney animated flick, but there's something to be said for it being one of the funniest
Like this is shockingly fast-paced with just how quicky it hits with a new joke
And basically every single Kronk moment is iconic
