Which is the thing that amazes me about the AI industry. The technology blatantly isn't finished and doesn't work. There is no actual consumer demand for it. It's impossible to make profitable long-term. And yet entire governments are tearing themselves apart to cater for it. Actual madness.

The whole point of the blue tick system is to ensure that the first comments of all viral posts provide far right opinions in mass quantities, creating the illusion that they have some form of popular base. For the blue ticks' comments on an AI video to be "this is shite", it must be *loathed*.

They posted it on X and got such a backlash that they tried posting a PR behind-the-scenes video for it, only for that to get a backlash. You look at the comments and it's full of blue ticks lambasting it. X is literally designed so that reactions like this don't happen.
