yes, it is in the states responsibilityto make an acc. law. the EU made at leastan attempt lately. All dogs and cats have to be chipped,no mater if street or private animals.

But due to social media with all the disgsting posts of dogs/cats which are treated like children or toys,people obviously blieve they are indeed toys or children.

ne, wer bin ich Dir Ratschläge zu geben, ohne daß ich Dich kenne. Ich koche Riesenportionen, friere sie in Tagesrationen ein und taue die Tagesrationen auf. Wenn die nicht aufgegessen werden, kommen die Reste in den Kühlschrank und werden 1 o.2 Tage später gegessen.

as I constantly repeat: They do not lie to convince you. They solely lie for the appr. 30% voters which they need to win -> because of the simple majority system and the electorial college. These dump 30 % have to be fed with what they want to hear. It is a ruthless, but brilliant strategy.
