There is so much ugliness right now, I can actually feel the weight of it. Look for beauty and kindness, or better yet, add to it yourself. Be a friend, hold a door, volunteer. Share a smile, a story, a hug, a snack. Show your humanity in a time that feels inhuman to so many.
