You should let people know that black cohosh is not appropriate if you're on psych meds. It may interfere with other meds as well, I'm not sure. But I know I've been told to stay away from it. I was going to use it for perimenopause symptoms.

I had not heard this. That's ridiculous. At least you still have 10 days from the date on the title to tag it, right?

There's a Meta Social Media Course on Coursera that explains how to do this, but I don't remember the details off the top of my head. If you're working with Meta I highly recommend it. I learned a lot. Definitely worth it.
