Back in the first third of my life, bars were what set me off in new directions. The Barba Negra on Paseo Álvaro Obregón, just outside the Marina in La Paz, that was one of them. It's long since gone, but the people I met there in the early 90s made me fearless. I hope some of them are still alive.

Problem with getting livid enough to push back against witless drivel (atm Michael Breen's idiotic Korea OpEds) reminds me of 1980s me and Rick up at Tofino to drink and surf and I'd neck a gallon of Rossi & stand there gettin blasted by giant waves and punch 'em and yell 'bring it on' at the ocean.

The thing that makes me laugh about Stellar Blade, the latest Korean game for compulsive masturbators, with its laser focus on Big Juicy Butts, is that here in Korea there is a strategic butt deficit. Butts are in short supply, and so a thirsty nation must turn to video games.
