I always try to remind you (and myself) to take a little time every day to find something beautiful that brings you joy and take a picture of it for when you need it to cheer yourself up.

Screw plates and breaking my heel bone in 2 places plus a tendon lengthening in my calf.
5 hour surgery as soon as he can get the OR space - it’s booked and right now it’s Black Friday.
Anyway. Fun times!

Fell yesterday- broken ankle that requires surgery.

5 hour surgery as soon as he can get the OR space - it’s booked and right now it’s Black Friday.
