As someone who loves to travel and try new foods, I really enjoy letting my characters do the same thing. Especially because I write #historicalfiction, it's fun to imagine them bringing stuff home as souvenirs and being like "CHECK THIS SHIT OUT"

Just got back from Biff Wiff's celebration of life memorial up in North Hollywood. Incredible event. This tiny theater packed wall to wall with incredible people. An honor and a privilege to have witnessed it in person.
