This seems the most likely to me. They lack the courage to openly pump the brakes on the fascism so they hand the wheel to someone else.

Anyway, the point is things are wide open for me creatively with the comic and I'm both apprehensive and eager about it. Write a crowd pleaser or strive to remain an unknown marching to his own drum?
Regardless the goal of GIT GUD remains the priority.
