I would build an old-style movie palace and showing all sorts of classic movies, foreign films, etc. that are meant to be on the big screen WITH newsreels, cartoons, and whatnot. I’d invite celebrity curators to help choose the movies. Tickets would be priced lower than the average multiplex.

I've had good luck with OneMedical's locations in DC, but that's an additional out-of-pocket expense.
