There's two sides to every record.

I show what I'm playing, then you show me what you're playing.
Record Collector, first issue 1979.
It's changed a lot in 45 years - who buys the magazine now?

A nice Pet Shop Boys gift I received today.
Go West 7" on what I believe is a jukebox edition, no center, all black and very shiny and difficult to photograph the text.

The often under appreciated Billie Davis and 'Whatcha Gonna Do'.
One day maybe @rockingbob.bsky.social will make a wonderful definitive compilation for Ace Records.

So, I got a parcel with a vinyl record today, and the stamps were older than the record - I googled them and they were as old as 1980, 1981 and 1988. 😀

Started buying vinyl again 3 years ago after a long break (1990) - now joined up my old collection (what remains) with my new fast growing collection - and I am discovering a LOT of pre 1980s LPs that I didn't really "get into" before, when I was 20 ish.

Any Birmingham (England) folks remember this record shop? As found on a recently acquired vintage LP.
