To accommodate people's schedules, we have decided to implement rolling acceptances for our 2026 conference:

- 1 December, 2025: Early submission deadline with notice of acceptance by mid-December 2025

- 1 March, 2026: Standard submission deadline with notice of acceptance by mid-March 2026 ”

This workshop was designed in service of our Bloomsbury-WHA Diversity in World History Prize, though participation in the monograph prize is not required for attending the workshop.

Following WHA procedure, we submitted the resolution to a vote of the entire membership of the WHA from February 18-25, 2025. The vote passed with 83% of participants in favor of the resolution, 13% opposed, and 4% abstaining.

Therefore, the resolution is affirmed as a measure of the WHA.
