I was blissfully ignorant of just how bad the system had gotten. I read In harms way by Tersa Thornhill, which highlights some of the challenges for parents and children in care proceedings through the family court. The children are being let down time and time again.

What a detailed article, highlights some significant issue with police and justice data. Although, yikes:

I saw the trailer of that and I couldn’t. It’s another cinematic failure that themes itself off of Batman and horror films.

I think it speaks volumes at how movies used to be so emotionally invested, no matter the quality of the film/animation.
Ask me to remember the films I’ve watched in 2024 vs those 30 years prior and I’ll have far better recollection of the former.
