If you keep voters dumb and afraid, they’re far easier to manipulate.

Yes. What Musk is doing will destroy whole families, whole towns, and cause a recession. If Trump does what he promised with respect to tariffs, the combined effect could result in a Second Great Depression.

And Musk is doing this to protect his companies and punish enemies.

No one voted for this.
They can literally wipe out the economy in some smaller towns by doing that.
