Don't know who will see this or care, but I got Donkey Kong Bananza refunded through Nintendo as a "one-time-exception" and implore others to try the same if they are frustrated with their recent practices. Just make sure to be extra polite to the customer service agents.

Ok actually sitting down and reading some of this, this is one of the most bad faith critiques of a localization I've seen. Like there's discussion that can be had over the blade names, but this nitpicking and removing all other context around these lines is just petty.

Had my email read on CaslteSuperBeast for the first time after years of listening, and there's some weird satisfaction that me putting in the words "Xenoblade 2" caused such a visceral reaction in @patstaresat.bsky.social. (Also Star Rail was the exact gacha I got burnt out on).

People who goon over Pyra/Mythra never actually played the game, because it is a lot more "woke" under the surface when it let's on. The main antagonist is a gay man who was oppressed by the church, who are the true villains of the game. (Malos also made me realize I was bi)

This was the most Generous Gacha game I've ever played, and I genuinely liked it more than normal Dr Mario. I've only ever dropped $3 on it out of puty when it offered me this discounted loyalty pack. It of course died a horrible death.

I don't think it's on the list, but I hate this game with a burning passion that I have never felt for a video game prior or since.
