Hullo again. Been awhile. This random update was the first public debut of Brodin at the Cheval Court Medieval Festival in Billings, MT. It feels like I wasn't quite fully hitting the dwarven vibe yet, but I was on the way though. Also... terrible day to choose. The area had record high temps.. 🥵

Continuing my very spaced out idea of sharing some of my first costuming attempts, here's a few early shots of Brodin coming together a bit more. (Random note that unfortunately, I am not super crafty myself, so these are almost all purchased bits.)

We all start somewhere. While I ramp up my costumes, details, and learn how best to secure my most important accessory, I figured I would show the steps I've had as well.

The day my beard arrived. No adhesive (notice the mustache being suspended by my nose ring lol).

It feels like the right day to be very clear about this and might as well make it my first post. ANY dwarf with an understanding of their own culture and worth their mined salt will always proclaim that trans rights should always be protected. Trans rights are human rights and dwarf rights.
