Yes. Took several tries to even load, once it did, it is unwatchable. I gave up. Amusingly, at one point I got a help screen from Netflix that said my internet was too slow for streaming and to restart my router (tested it to be 450 Mbps and surprisingly even Paramount+ live TV is working fine!
