I meant if "regular" people go looking for government info they might stumble onto X and then they're exposed to all the xcrement present there, it's better if they stumble into Bluesky which does not have the same climate as X.

Plus I feel like the Bluesky feed is pretty good, I very rarely see anything outside of my interests in my feed.

It's better to have government accounts on here rather than only on Twitter because it directs traffic flow away from Twitter to Bluesky, which is not entirely taken over my bots designed to spread misinformation and discord.
