Also if you truly just want the collar, look into eternity collars. These can be pricy but it will literally last forever and go through hell and back. These imo are fairly stylish and also a versatile piece that you can pair well with other necklaces and jewelry.

Ok so a few people asked “what if” about collars and the answer is just don’t. If you want to replicate that effect please just wear a chain choker instead. There are far more options, much more stylish and also far more discrete. These will look far better than any petco collar

Clothes will fit different, mens pants tend to sit at hips and women at waist. My advice is high waisted jeans/pants these can help cinch the waist and add some nice shape, and will also allow you to experiment with some smaller/cropped tops.

Fashion does not have to be expensive start of thrifting. You can start a new wardrobe for a fairly reasonable price and not break the bank while experimenting with what works for you. Get some basics, these will be the baseline and can be elevated in so many ways H&M and Uniqlo will be your friend.

Finally get a nice set of brushes and beauty blenders. These will save you so much time and help with blending and application. So many looks are improved just off the tools you use. Blenders will help with a sheering of a product and brushes will help with a full coverage.

Contouring will be your again Nyx has a contour stick I have been using for years and can’t complain about. There are so many sources out there of videos guiding through contouring and I can’t recommend learning this skill enough shaping your face will be a huge skill towards learning makeup.

Lipstick can be tough due to large amount of option, the 2 I use are Nyx Lingerie & Fenty. I found these to be very easy to work with and have very strong hold and very little smudging. My lips are something I can be dysphoric about and these very much help with adding shaping.

For basics I cannot recommend Nyx eyeliner enough. When starting out Nyx and Elf will be your best friend but even after years I still love using Nyx eyeliner and can be found at any drug store and is very easy to work with.

Extra steps I do recommend heavily is in the mornings before applying lotion is a light vitamin C serum, and a sunscreen for your face such as the Cerave one. This will help with aging and sun damage. I also like to do a nightly light retinol after washing about every 3 days.

To start off I want to touch on basics of skincare. I recommend daily and nightly use of the cerave cleanser and face lotion (pic 1 and 2) You want to make sure that your face still feels a bit dewy when putting on lotion as a big part of lotion is trapping the moisture.
