So yeah no clue how to end this medical story to internet strangers, but I guess sit up straight and put your shoulders back while you still can, kuz your posture will kill ya.

There are some positives however. I'm exercising and stretching more and working on fixing posture to prevent things from happening again. I'm on anti-anxiety meds again. I'm eating healthier. I'm meditating again. Just trying to improve things overall.

Overall, I am doing much better, though the reason is still unknown and I still fall into anxiety loops, though not as severe and I can usually break free. Extra frustrating was it cut all enjoyment out of anything I do, meaning all I "want" to do is sit around and stew in misery

What I learned:
1. For the love of god, never google symptoms, just go to the doctor
2. Sometimes going to the ER might have been worth the money for the peace of mind
3. Don't buy anything to check anything at home if you have anxiety, it'll send you in an obsession spiral
