Not 10 across the board at all. Building casual commander is about making a fun unoptimized deck that has a goal that is mostly not winning. I make a bunch of thematic decks one in particular is my Ramos (Mechagodzilla) Mardu only humans deck. It’s just a monster killer deck that wins by combat.
