Don't cave. Nothing less than demanding the ACA subsidies be in the CR! We are all watching. If you fight for us, then we will be there for you. If not we will primary!!

Would he not still have to serve his state sentence? Right now he is serving both federal and state sentences concurrently. I am hoping that at least the state sentence holds. This is just another disgusting move from the MAGA(t)s!!
