FWIW. An important but often overlooked bIt of legal trivia. There is no qualified immunity for employees of private prisons. Richardson v. McKnight (1997). AND, no governmental immunity for the private prison companies. They can be sued under common law tort law. Bivens v Six is inapplicable.

Sedition and Treason are not synonymous. But ask yourself who has pushed for overturning elections by storming the US Capitol? Who has provided aid and comfort to Putin and MBS? Who has repeatedly committed seditious libel by undermining respect for the government or its laws on truth social posts?
