Also, ever since the launch of ChatGPT Image Generation, everyone is creating images for fun. End users have no idea about the resources these tools consume. Copyright laws be damned as well.

I recently started working at a company where we have good UX designers. This is my first time working with a UX team; it has completely changed the way I think as a backend engineer and made me a better one.

I believe every software/app should have an LTS version, which is stable and we're not forced to update until the next one is stable enough to become LTS. Those who want the latest version can do so and they will have to compromise on stability and dramatic changes. Too much to ask, though, I guess.

I never understand why companies cheap out on good UX designers. Accessibility has always been an afterthought, but now they don't even seem to get the basics right. Whatever happened to "if it ain't broke, don't fix it“?
