Yes - the more you lie the better. That’s what I’ve learned about “political competence” so far. Wish Trump wasn’t as “competent” in corruption and lying.

I don’t think the country seems stronger, except for the rich. I don’t think any wars will end although Trump is trying to serve Ukraine to Putin on a silver platter. He promised to end that war in his first week, so I’m really curious as the how. Guess we’ll see around January 27

Well in my opinion the word “competence” looses its meaning. You could be talking about fear mongering, bribery or cheating as long as it works.

True. That is why we don’t discuss Putins competence level or hubris either.

I have no faith that Trump will solve this. At best I think he will polarize the hell out of his time in the WH (like the last time) and make money of it. What he will not do is “drain the swamp”, as we see with his cabinet filled with sexual predators, conspiracy theorists and family members.
