The Truth About TB campaign raises awareness of tuberculosis (TB) in the UK. The programme recognises the social, cultural and economic determinants of TB and seeks to address it by empowering affected communities and building professional capacity.
It is important that people also know the common symptoms of TB so that they can see a doctor quickly if they have any: a cough, fever, night sweats, weight loss, loss of appetite and tiredness.
