I bottle fed 4 teeny tiny premie kittens overnight Friday into Saturday. They were so precious! Multiple people are caring for them since round the clock feedings every 2 hours are rough; I think I had 3 hours of interrupted sleep. 10 hours last night though so nearly caught up. Hoping they survive.

Muffin is another former foster kitten who’s now a resident cat. She was found at a Waffle House so the rescue organization called her Waffle, but my daughter said she looked more like a Muffin and the name stuck. She was the baby of the family until the two bottle babies (☀️&7) arrived last summer.

I bottle fed a trio of tabby kittens for 11 days in October. I knew I was handing them off because I was traveling, so didn’t give them names or even check genders in an attempt to remain detached. Ha! I referred to them as Biggie, Eyeball (one eye was gunked shut initially), and Little One.

Mes bébés.
Last summer I bottle fed 2 solo kittens a month apart. They both wound up staying as permanent residents. Seven (as in Lucky 7) had nearly starved to death and will forever be small as a result. Sunny was named for her sunny disposition. They’re bonded “sisters from another mister”.

A house full of cats helps keep me sane and grounded. This is Freya, our chubby calico. She’s a former foster kitten who turned 8 in March. She was bottle fed (by someone else) along with two tabby siblings that we found a home for together. Nicknames: Frey-bae, Chubbs.

I’ve fostered kittens for a local organization for almost a decade now, and last year started bottle feeding kittens too. My household has six permanent feline residents and one who visits when my daughter is home from college (plus a tiny, old Maltese dog). Touch cat is my version of touch grass.
