It does require a bit more of a tech savvy approach by those who want the game to put it into their phone, but doable, many old games can be found as APKs to download.

Is it possible to turn this game into an APK file that is downloadable on Patreon for those who pay? this does come with its own risks of people reuploading it for free elsewhere etc, but, people turn google play games into APKs anyway so.

I did try to make a new acc with an image of the guy from Death stranding like others have, but the app was so broken I didn't get anywhere hahaha.

Did you poke around in Settings > Content and media? One can uncheck things like "Trending topics" to clean ones feed, and only look into the "Following" tab.
Personally I have left twitter, the whole ID thing made me weary, I can't make a new acc for only my art without IDing myself.
