My worry is the families that came with them. If we revet and revoke, this could be a family of 10 sent back since their status is all connected. That’s kids who spent four years in our culture and educational systems…can’t imagine doing that, especially to a teenage girl.

Truth. Went to a green card interview last year. USC got arrested during the interview (old warrant). Wife continued with the interview. We got a denial saying we failed to appear. Filed an appeal - denied. They’re gaslighting us and no one cares about the truth. There is no give, no common sense.

I feel like we immigration attorneys forget how abnormal it is. We're not shocked by it because it's what our clients tell us. You never get used to it, though. It's good when "outsiders" hear this, see it, and remind us to stay shocked and to stay fighting against it.
