Not much has changed, but #Navy's win put them into the 10-win club, and I think they're better than UNLV. Also, some shenanigans are going on in Michigan, which makes me feel like #USF is more likely to win a bowl game, so they've jumped the Wolverines.

Not much has changed, but #Navy's win put them into the 10-win club, and I think they're better than UNLV. Also, some shenanigans are going on in Michigan, which makes me feel like #USF is more likely to win a bowl game, so they've jumped the Wolverines.
