This is such a hard lesson, for sure! Especially if you were raised female - you're taught that constantly "doing & giving" is the only way to be. Give yourself grace through the process, and take it one gentle "rest" at a time.❤️

RA is rough, I'm sorry you're dealing with that! I don't have it myself, but I get migraines when the weather shifts, and it causes my IIH to flare and pains from old injuries to come back. I think we're sometimes more trustworthy for the weather than the news! 😆
