In Deviant, every Renegade walks a razor’s edge and lives on borrowed time. Your powers are potent but costly, conspiracies stalk your every move, and trust is rare. You fight for freedom, revenge, and the hope that you can hold on to whatever pieces of yourself you have left.

In this game, every deal has a cost and every faction wants something. Alliances shift fast, secrets spread faster, and the city itself becomes a living battleground of agendas. You’ll rise, fall, and owe or be owed favors that can’t be ignored.

In Liminal, every case pulls you deeper into hidden politics—vampire courts, fae pacts, wizard cabals—while you try to protect the fragile line between worlds. It’s a game of investigation over combat, where secrets, duty, and the quiet magic woven into everyday Britain prevail.

In Shadowrun, nothing is simple: deals go bad, allies betray, and every run balances paydata, bullets, and magic. The streets are alive with gangs, spirits, drones, and corpos, where the only rules are watch your back, shoot straight, conserve ammo, and never, ever cut a deal with a dragon.

I played it on the PS2. Absolutely wonderful JRPG, one of my favorites right behind Final Fantasy III/VI

I liked it as a game. PbtA isn’t my favorite gaming engine, playbooks can be kinda limiting. My only criticism is it’s laser-focused on teenage heroes trying to figure out who they are. It’s not built for cosmic sagas, street-level noir, or mature legacy play. Still fun though.
