In 2021, Eric Adams had a 10% lead over Kathryn Garcia. Maya Wiley's elimination closed the gap to .8%, but Adams still picked up 60,000 votes from people who'd ranked Wiley higher than him, and won by ~7,000 votes out of ~800,000. Garcia might have won if some of them hadn't ranked Adams at all

I remember a situation just a few years ago when they had to close Eastland esplanade floating part bc water was too high. Maybe steel lower deck too?

As for debate, I would check the TV and Disney and hulu options first. If none of those worked/had logins I would download the PBS app which doesn't require login or $ to subscribe livestream local opb

I used quakehold brand straps which don't require drilling into the furniture itself and give more leeway on placement so you can bolt into studs easily
