Air Traffic Controllers are trained specifically for each facility that they work at. It can take a year or two to train transfers depending on the complexity and volume of the place that they work at; brand new trainees even longer.

Him and Brunson are trash. All they do is hunt for fouls and the refs reward them for that garbage. That style of play makes the game nigh unwatchable.
